Did not fix the issue There was a rattle in the undercarriage of my wife's car. They told us it was some clips missing and they fixed the issue. It was fine for a few hours There was a rattle in the undercarriage of my wife's car. They told us it was some clips missing and they fixed the issue. It was fine for a few hours after we received the car, but then it came back. Now we have to take our time to bring it in again, and be with out a car since you do not offer loaners Danny, is very friendly and does a great job assisting us. He provides a good experience. In all of our previous dealings with service all employees, especially the Manager of Service has been horrible. We will set up another appointment and see if your team can get it right this time.
