Not the usual service I have received from Bill Utter Ford My wife has been complaining of a thumping sound under right side of vehicle when driving down the road. I recently broke my ankle so was unable to investigate. She could very easily put her hand under the car and move the loose part. The car (Ford Escape) was due for an oil change so my intent was to handle both, which I shared with the service advisor. She assured me both would be handled. When the car was ready for my pickup I again asked to check. When I got home she immediately checked and part was still loose. I took back to dealer and asked for a manager who had tech replace missing nut. Service advisor was noticeable upset with me and when I brought my pickup (Ford 150) in for a oil change she left for lunch and punished me by delaying to advise my my truck was done. Not the usual service I get at this dealership (which is only place I buy my vehicles. More
