The whole experience went so smooth that a few months after getting an MDX for my wife, I picked up a TLX for myself from him. My trade-in was purchased from Paragon only because they had the vehicle I wanted in stock, and that whole experience at Paragon was so stressful, and disjointed that I never set foot in that dealership again despite being given a few free oil changes. My purchases at Rallye were both stress free, and happy experiences, which is how getting a new vehicle should be! The service staff have also been great. Keeyoung Moon, and Norman have always been great at communication, and keeping me in the loop on the status of my vehicles. I''ve had a couple of services, and warranty repairs, and I have to say everything has always been handled very professionally. More

BUT...my experience at Rallye Acura from the second I walked in, to driving off in my new car was by far the best car shopping/purchasing experience ever. Customer service is amazing- everyone is friendly and willing to help- no pushy sales gimmicks. No going back and forth to the manager to get the "best" deal (which is rarely their or anyone else's best deal). Our sales person Danny was knowledgable, friendly, and wanted to know what I wanted in a car. I was certain I wanted an RDX with AWD- but didn't need any tech package or higher level models. Danny was extremely helpful in breaking down all my options- comparing CPO, buying new, and leasing. He gave me a specific breakdown of each and was honest about which option he could work with us the most on getting the best price. I took the deal Danny offered to several other Acura dealerships and they couldn't come close to matching it. There was no question that Rallye gave me the best price AND the best experience/customer service. No one else compares... More

I was in the market for a 2017 Acura RDX AWD Advance package this past mother's day. Despite the amazing reviews, I walked into Rallye Acura as a determined buyer, ready to get a good deal without feeling "suckered". Buying a new car can be stressful, especially if it is your first time (this is my first new car). I'm the type of person who likes to know any and everything (taxes, financing, monthly payments, finance fees, DMV fees, title and registration fees and insurance paperwork) I am getting into before I fully commit. Christopher Poggioli was able to answer all my questions as well as maintain contact via telephone and email throughout the week while I got everything situated. Chris and, sales consultant, Danny Park gave me an awesome price (literally lower than I would have expected) especially on a car that came out less than 2 months ago. Not only were they honest and fair salesmen, I did not feel "ripped off". I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours with all the necessary paperwork filled out, and was ready to pick up the car the following Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday morning, I am now a new owner of a 2017 Acura RDX AWD Advance Package, with zero buyers remorse. All the paperwork was prepared for pick up, as well as the car was prepped and ready to drive off. I had zero problems, and honestly would have to say this is the easiest experience (granted my only experience) buying a brand new car from a dealership. I am originally from NYC and work in Connecticut. I have been to multiple dealerships in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York City, Rallye Acura is a little ways out of NYC towards Long Island, however, it is worth the further drive for the awesome customer service. Their team is top notch and their sales and service department is top of the line. A loaner car is always available while your car is being serviced, as well as complimentary food and drinks. Easiest process ever I was surprised by how easy this dealer and Danny made everything. I visited the dealership twice. The first was to look at and compare a few models. I was not followed or watched over as I walked around the showroom. Danny Park simply came over and asked if we were okay and if I had any questions. As I left I asked Danny for his card and to chat a little bit. About a week later, I called Danny and he took some information down and unexpectedly provided an offer immediately. It was a very fair and reasonable offer. He asked me when I wanted to pick up the car and that he would make sure it was ready. I can't say how appreciative I was of how easy Danny made the process and negotiation. I can't wait to refer Danny to anyone else looking to get an Acura. More

Best Dealership Experience Period I went into Rallye Acura on a recommendation from my brother who has conducted business with them for several years. I was first met by Danny Park (Floor Manager/Sales Associate) and it was a great connect from the start. I leased a 2015 TLX (4cyl. base with a wood grain steering wheel) and the process from start to finish was seamless and an outright pleasure. I crunched some numbers with Danny and after a quick resolve, spoke with Joel First (Finance Manager) for the finalization of the paperwork. Joel was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to work with as well. I also spoke with and to a lesser degree , worked with Armin Pourmehdi and Joe Matajy...two really cool guys. This is my first "high end' car and I must say I thought this process was going to be difficult but, believe when I say this process was not intimidating and was very stress free due to the wonderful workers at this dealership. You guys are absolutely amazing!!!! Keep up the great work. More

At Rallye Acura this feeling and discomfort is never attained, I have been dealing with them for all of my cars and have owned Acura’s since my teens. Danny Park an enthusiastic sales associate made the buying experience a pleasure and hassle free. I’ve known Danny for several years now and he’s the kind of person that makes you feel like you grew up with him. He’s the friend that you couldn’t wait to meet at school or at a recreational place, he always has a great story and puts a smile on your face. My Lease experience is always great with him, state what I need sign the papers and drive off. He is excellent at what he does and is an asset to Rallye Acura these are the characteristic you look for in your employees that will take the organization to the next level. More
