Respectful and not pushy. First time at Rallye ACURA and we were treated very well. We were originally supposed to meet with another sales person, but luckily met with Danny Pa First time at Rallye ACURA and we were treated very well. We were originally supposed to meet with another sales person, but luckily met with Danny Park. He was not pushy and was helpful in guiding us through the MDX's features. When had originally had seen a sale from Bay Shore ACURA and Danny didn't just match the sale but did much better. Danny knew everything about the car and more than just was listed on the spec sheet. He has a genuine interest in cars and was very enthusiastic. We met with Joel First who was straight forward and got us going quickly. This is the best ACURA dealership on LI. I will be sure to recommend them to anyone looking for a ACURA. More

Treat You Like Family This is the 4th vehicle my wife and I purchased from Rallye Acura. I had this crazy idea of going to another dealership and it was probably the dumbes This is the 4th vehicle my wife and I purchased from Rallye Acura. I had this crazy idea of going to another dealership and it was probably the dumbest thing I did. Maybe other dealer lure customers with better price on the internet but they can learn a lot from Rallye on how to treat customers. We met Danny Park back in 2009 when my wife purchase her TSX. He was not even our sales associate at that time but he remember us every time we go in to the showroom or service. I explain to him about my experience with another dealership and assure me he'll take care of us. Not only did he help us select the right vehicle but it's the way he treats us like family. Joe Filardo went above and beyond to get us the best finance rate. When it comes time to pick up the vehicle, Austin Mandell was so thorough in explaining all the features. We highly recommend anyone planning to purchase an Acura to go straight to Rallye. You wouldn't be disappointed. More

Jabir was my salesman and he was wonderful! I also had dealings with Joe Filardo and Danny Park and they also were very friendly and accommodating. I got a great trade-in on my old car and the Costco pric dealings with Joe Filardo and Danny Park and they also were very friendly and accommodating. I did my homework ahead of time, and Danny P got me a GREAT deal on a new 2013 MDX Tech Entertainment... so good that a competitor dealer who couldn't match the price even commented on how good of a deal GREAT deal on a new 2013 MDX Tech Entertainment... so good that a competitor dealer who couldn't match the price even commented on how good of a deal it was! Joe F worked with me on financing, and I came out of there a happy customer! Other positives: Dominic responded promptly to email and phone questions; Adrian picked me up at the train station after work to bring me to the dealership; the front desk staff warmly greeted all guests; and their showroom was clean and well-maintained. Once they sell you a car, they will NOT know you. Replaced my 2011 TL with a 2012 TL. Danny Park had everything ready for me. The transaction was quick and easy as always. Greeted as a valued customer and called by name by everyone I came in contact everything ready for me. The transaction was quick and easy as always. The Service Dept & Mike Denfield couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Always treated courteysly. The waiting area is comfortable with drinks and snacks available. Service is always prompt, the car returned clean and washed. The dept always follows up to make sure that there are no lingering problems. There never are! Rallye Acura really has its act together!
