I had a set dealer that I liked to go to here in Tucson through vehicles I have purchased from, after the treatment there changed, I decided to look o I had a set dealer that I liked to go to here in Tucson through vehicles I have purchased from, after the treatment there changed, I decided to look outside of town for my next great dealership. After looking around for dealerships with great reviews, I stumbled across CBB. I was in the market for a certain Q50 and luckily they had it on top of the dealership being USAA Certified. I did all of my preparation with Danny and Peter over emails/phone, they gave me a quote for my trade in and out the door price so I didn't have to drive 2 hours for a plan that would not fall through. After work I drove up, Danny had the car waiting, we took it out for a spin and instantly fell in love with the Q50. Parked it and began the paperwork. Danny was a real pleasure to work with, superb customer service skills and actually took care of me. It's rare for me to feel other than a "statistic" in a dealership, but Danny, Peter and I believe his name is Eric (Finance) made me feel comfortable and right at home. Any concerns that I had, they were quick to rectify and reassure. Great job guys, not a lot of people especially in the dealership world who treat customers as well as you. Keep up the good work and I hope to see you guys flourish in the future. I know where me and my family will be purchasing cars from now on. More

Danny was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased without being pushy or overbearing. The purchasing process was simple and straightforward because the car was priced at the fair market value listed on the Edmonds and Kelly Bluebook websites. Furthermore, they offered the fair market trade-in value for my trade. The finance process was smooth and streamlined. At no point did the finance department try to up-sell me on things I was not interest in. Recently I took the car in for some warrantee service and discovered the service department was just as pleasant to deal with as the rest of the staff. Bryan, my service advisor, documented the work I needed and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The car was returned to me in immaculate condition. Overall my experience with Certified Benz and Beemer was completely satisfying. More like buying a new car from a very high-end dealer. More
