There was no trying to upsell me on anything. I came in with an approved loan but ended up taking their loan approval instead because it offered me an even lower APR! Very easy buying experience. I found the vehicle I wanted over the internet. I called CBB and was able to purchase that vehicle and sell my old one with no problems.
