Before he even took it to get tested, Danny launches into how much it would cost to replace, prorate, installation, etc, etc. Speaking to me in a rude and condecending tone. It was clear, he had no interest in helping me or making a sale. All of this, after having me wait 15 minutes past my appointment time with no apology. Won't be returning to Schumacher for service especially if I have to deal with Danny again. More
