Condescending and rude Went for service on my Infiniti to discuss some common issues. He immediately told me they would take too long to look into it and there was no loaner Went for service on my Infiniti to discuss some common issues. He immediately told me they would take too long to look into it and there was no loaner car. Ok, well what about the other issue with my battery? Before he even took it to get tested, Danny launches into how much it would cost to replace, prorate, installation, etc, etc. Speaking to me in a rude and condecending tone. It was clear, he had no interest in helping me or making a sale. All of this, after having me wait 15 minutes past my appointment time with no apology. Won't be returning to Schumacher for service especially if I have to deal with Danny again. More
