Worst customer service ever! ! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with Danny at 1 ge said it would be ready by 2:15 I get there and it hadn’t even been servi ! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with Danny at 1 ge said it would be ready by 2:15 I get there and it hadn’t even been serviced!! No phone call letting me know they weee backed up!! That was just a slap in my face!! I drive out there expecting service and got nothing except here are your keys sorry! They wanted to give me a car which would not have helped as I worked the next day and didn’t have the time nor did I want to have to drive all the way back there again! It was just a complete waste of my time! Don’t recommend Danny or anyone for that matter this was just unacceptable!! 5 stars what a joke and infiniti is supposed to be upscale??? Not the case!!! More

Danny Solozano is far and beyond anyone I've ever worked with at a car dealership or service EVER. To say he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of, respected, and get the level of with at a car dealership or service EVER. To say he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of, respected, and get the level of service and hospitality they deserve is an understatement. He's the first person in the car industry I've met that is truly trustworthy, kind and has the utmost integrity. From making sure my car only gets the service it needs and not trying to pack on services like a lot of places do, to making sure I get the best rate possible and that my car is always safe to drive. They had to keep my car overnight on one occasion and he made sure I received a beautiful courtesy vehicle. Also after suspecting rodents may be hanging out inside my hood, he personally looked up a spray to help the situation and send it to me so my wires won't get chewed. He's communicative, professional and deserves more than 10 stars if I could. Infiniti is incredibly blessed to have him on their team. Having him help with all of the service I need for my car makes me want to own an Infiniti and continue buying them throughout my life. More
