They don’t do a full check. They just take forever to change the oil and hope you don’t notice that they haven’t done anything else they claim is supposed to be done when the ve They just take forever to change the oil and hope you don’t notice that they haven’t done anything else they claim is supposed to be done when the vehicle is serviced. My windshield wipers are bad and there’s no windshield fluid to clean the windshield. That’s terrible service. Especially since the vehicle is supposed to undergo this 90 point inspection when the oil is changed. Smh. More

Very disappointed. I didn’t want car appraisal and was offended I received one without being asked. They way my car was returned was not satisfactory to me. I did want my car washed and they put many car wash scratches on the finish by their harsh car wash. Now I have to pay xtra money to have it polished to remove those scuffs. I will never recommend this dealer for service or sales since the way I was treated the other day. More
