Danny in service was awesome after calling 6 times and leaving 5 messages for Bryan in service and not getting reply I called joe in sales to have him have Bryan call me for sometime you can be put to wro leaving 5 messages for Bryan in service and not getting reply I called joe in sales to have him have Bryan call me for sometime you can be put to wrong extension, I still got no response so I drove to Lokeys and saw Danny in service for Bryan was at lunch .. Danny went to look and see if the part for my car had came in for it been 3 weeks since it was ordered … Danny came back said it was in and he put the part in my car himself … I was so thrilled that he’d gone above and beyond his call of duty that I am very happy with Lokeys again !!! I have never had any problems from Lokeys before and I’m hoping messages had not gotten to Bryan so he could return my call . But Danny was magnificent!!!! More
