I spent 7 hours at the dealership while my car was worked on. But the kindness and great hospitality made the day go by fast. Complementary waters and snacks for while the guests wait was definitely a plus. on. But the kindness and great hospitality made the day go by fast. I gotta let you know this last experience at Lokey was not good. I brought the car in for service last Thursday and had arranged to take the shuttle back home if the appointment was going to take a while not good. I brought the car in for service last Thursday and had arranged to take the shuttle back home if the appointment was going to take a while since I had things to accomplish before a business trip to the other coast the next day. I was assured it would be a quick experience, but two hours later the car was just being looked at. There was a possible manufacturer issue with my breaks which I am grateful that they fixed on the house. I was given a dealership car to drive until my car was fixed, which was very kind of the dealership, but the car had obviously not been inspected before being put in my possession and it was absolutely filthy inside. I called 5 times between Thursday and Saturday trying to find out whats going on with my car and no one ever called me back. I took it upon myself to come in Saturday and spoke to a gentleman whose name starts with the letter C (I wish I was better at remembering names) and he said my car wasnt done. I waited till 11 Monday and heard nothing so I called and was able to get ahold of Brian finally and he said my had been done but no one did the paperwork, but my car was in fact ready and I could come pick it up. While driving it home I felt like something was different about the way the car was driving, so I waited until my boyfriend got home from work so he could take it for a spin and tell me what he thought. He agreed the car was driving differently. I called to speak with Brian twice and was unable to reach him so I left a message. Its been a week today and I have yet to hear from anyone. This is just ridiculous and unprofessional. I'm incredibly disappointed. More
