Well, this time I went for oil change and that was $40 more than other places , the reason I went for that is because I knew there may be other things and I want the dealership parts for the car. The advi more than other places , the reason I went for that is because I knew there may be other things and I want the dealership parts for the car. The advisor was no where to be found every time I had a text and had questions, the guy next to her would answer my questions like he knew nothing about service. I had to look for another adviser that I see in previous occasions to have my questions answered. The dealer charges extra fee to use credit cards like if their service’s prices aren’t high enough and they don’t tell you anything when you get there. She said is posted at the door. Tell me: who is going to read announcements on the door about credit cards fees? No one, because is not expected. Show me a place you buy things and charges extra if you use your credit card? I recommend the dealer because the always have done a great job but this time the advisor I had and the other next to her in that cubicule weren’t very knowledgeable More
