I just had the most amazing experience at the BMW Ocala location. I bought a used BMW that was still under warranty and brought it in for service. I’ve never owned a BMW, and was completely surprised by th location. I bought a used BMW that was still under warranty and brought it in for service. I’ve never owned a BMW, and was completely surprised by the professionalism and knowledge of two employees that I dealt with while at the dealership. I am now sold as a lifetime customer on BMW vehicles because of Darian and Emanuel. These two gentlemen went out of their way to give me the best customer experience I have ever had anywhere. More

Robert was excellent and remedied our windshield wiper issue with new blades and washed our windshield inside and outside. Robert is always friendly and helpful. Darien was able to explain and take care issue with new blades and washed our windshield inside and outside. Robert is always friendly and helpful.
