Another salesman came outside, raising his voice and came at me pointing his finger. This being the dealership moto, it is untrue. They did not care of I was satisfied, did not meet my expectations and the only thing I felt they were committed to was selling a car and sitting around. I hope Mr. Hanley will take a better look at his sales staff, particularly the used car staff and retrain them with his advertised motto. Do yourself a favor, pay more if you have to and visit any other dealership but this one. I have never been so disrespected by two men before and feel threatened. Update: as of today I received an email stating that the dealership has worked with me to resolve this issue. I have NOT been contacted and no resolution has been attempted to be made. More
