Love-Encore delivery I received an email from Darla, asking if I would like to come in to learn more about the features of my new Outback. I went in and she showed me thin I received an email from Darla, asking if I would like to come in to learn more about the features of my new Outback. I went in and she showed me things that I had no idea the car could do. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. The experience was a wonderful added benefit of purchasing a Subaru. After I had driven my new Forester for a week, I was invited to sign up for a one-on-one session with Darla Muckley to go over all the electronic feat After I had driven my new Forester for a week, I was invited to sign up for a one-on-one session with Darla Muckley to go over all the electronic features of the car. I was asked to write down any questions, and come ready for an hour of good interchange. Darla was an excellent guide; she concentrated on what I didn't know, and clearly explained and then had me practice some of the moves to put them into muscle memory. This program is typical of Tucson Subaru's willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. It's not just a slogan—they really mean it! (and the $50 gas card is a great bonus!) More

A wonderful addition On leasing our second Subaru (an Outback this time), we were entitled to make an appointment with Darla of Love-Encore Delivery. She spent an hour an On leasing our second Subaru (an Outback this time), we were entitled to make an appointment with Darla of Love-Encore Delivery. She spent an hour answering questions and making suggestions for handling the sophisticated electronics of our 2017 vehicle. This was at no charge to us. She provided her phone number in case we had further questions and also presented us with a $50 gift card. While were were at the dealers, Joe Micoletti (our salesman) answered a question about replacing the license plate and Scott Buford reassured me that the sun shade I had purchased was appropriate. Hard to imagine better customer service! :) More

Darla has the "SUBARU ROSETTA STONE" for the Owners Manuals! In section 10-3 (somewhere between pages 200 and 250) of the "The Subaru Owners Manual" you will read, "It is recommended that a coat of wax be applie In section 10-3 (somewhere between pages 200 and 250) of the "The Subaru Owners Manual" you will read, "It is recommended that a coat of wax be applied at least once a month". In section 7-9 you will read, "You should perform the following checks and adjustments every day before you start driving....Check that no small animals enter the engine compartment". Really, every day? That is what it says! My new Outback is like a giant Smart Phone with wheels on it. Darla is there to sort all of this out with you and demonstrate all the wonderful capabilities of your new vehicle. Sure, some people just use their Smart Phones only to talk. And, that is a shame. There are books that can bring salvation to the faithful. But, the Subaru Owners Manual(s) are the product of mere exceptional mortals. Darla is a former school teacher who loves what she does at Tucson Subaru. If you buy a Subaru, you will agree with me and love what she does at Tucson Subaru for you too. Kevin Muldoon More
