I already spoke to the dealership, but wanted to say a few words about Darla. When I leased my 2019 car, Darla told me everything I needed to know about the cars operation. She is very friendly and when I left, I had learned many things I didn't know before. She is a people person, and even remembered me from almost three years ago. Chris was helpful when I brought my car in for some minor issues. He contacted me to let me know that my headlights are self adjusting and can’t be manually adjusted and the issue with my Bluetooth could not issues. He contacted me to let me know that my headlights are self adjusting and can’t be manually adjusted and the issue with my Bluetooth could not be duplicated. When I arrived to pick up my car he had Darla go out with me to my car to see if I could duplicate the Bluetooth issue. I was able to so Chris has ordered a new radio to replace mine. Both Chris and Darla were friendly, respectful, and courteous. This was my first experience with the service department at Subaru and I was impressed. Having a loaner so I didn’t need to make arrangements for someone to pick me up was really nice! More

The minute I pulled into the lot I was met with excellent service. Wondering around the lobby I now know why they were voted number one dealer numerous times! Everything was great, my only regret?
