Chris was helpful when I brought my car in for some minor issues. He contacted me to let me know that my headlights are self adjusting and can’t be manually adjusted and the issue with my Bluetooth could not issues. When I arrived to pick up my car he had Darla go out with me to my car to see if I could duplicate the Bluetooth issue. I was able to so Chris has ordered a new radio to replace mine. Both Chris and Darla were friendly, respectful, and courteous. This was my first experience with the service department at Subaru and I was impressed. Having a loaner so I didn’t need to make arrangements for someone to pick me up was really nice! More
