We did our Love Encore delivery training with Darla and she was fantastic. We came with written questions and in between those we peppered Darla with all kinds of other question about the many features and she was fantastic. Darla was great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. When the sales guy told me about the call we'd receive I thought for sure it would be a sales pitch about subscriptions, or service, or so friendly.
