All the while, she listened to my needs and gave several options and updates until I was ready. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the brand name, not just a sale. Thomas was also patient, helped understand financial options, and was easy to work with and communicate concerns. In finance department, there was some concern and miscommunication. When we needed support, Thomas and Darlene were there to help and keep the sale running smoothly. It was a very easy sale experience. When i went in to Cardinale Way Mazda i was interested in purchasing a new car but i worked my way to deciding i only needed something newer than what When i went in to Cardinale Way Mazda i was interested in purchasing a new car but i worked my way to deciding i only needed something newer than what i had. I found a few good choices but my finances said i needed the right fit so it took a bit of time but i ended up coming across this beautiful Ford Fusion. My mother has one similar to the one i purchased so i figured why not have one as well its a great running vehicle and the color makes it all the better the Sport Blue Metallic is just an amazing color. Darlene was very helpful and patient with me while i was deciding on the right vehicle and i appreciate her patience with me through the entire process. I will be returning in the future to work better deals with them on maybe a brand new car. :) More
