Superior customer service I started looking at cars 4 months ago, I had decided I would buy either a Mazda 3, Hyundai Elantra, or a Honda Civic. Reviews of all were good but t I started looking at cars 4 months ago, I had decided I would buy either a Mazda 3, Hyundai Elantra, or a Honda Civic. Reviews of all were good but the Mazda 3 rated the very highest. After going to each dealership and doing my initial investigation I eliminated the Honda from consideration. I had gone to two differant Honda dealerships on 5 differant occations and I couldn't get the salemen to give me the time of day because I wasn't ready to purchase that day. After extensive research and test drives I also eliminated the Hyundai and then focused on the Mazda. I had been to Cardinale Way at the beginning of my search and was treated fantastic by both Darlene (sales) and Thomas (SM). I explained at the time that I was doing my initial test drive and research. They spent over an hour with me going through the options and safety features of the various Mazda 3 models. I didn't buy that day or for 4 more months not because I didn't love the vehicle, I did, but the timing wasn't right. I imagine they thought I was only a "shopper" but through it all they were kind and respectful of my time and concerns. Over the 4 months I visited or was in contact with 5 other Mazda dealerships to make sure I was getting the best deal for me. Each of those other dealerships was eliminated for various reasons. Once the timing was right I went back to Cardinale Way and they greeted me as an old friend. I told them exactly what I wanted, they located it and had it ready. I took a final test drive and then sat down with Wayne to see if we could "make the numbers" work. Wayne, Darlene, and Thomas were very professional and friendly and removed obsticles making me a deal that I just could not pass up. Thank you Cardinale Way for superior customer service. Jim T. More
