Exceptional Customer Service I had an appoinment with another sales associate, but ended up meeting with Darlene Ledbetter who assisted me in finding my perfect vehicle. Her pleas I had an appoinment with another sales associate, but ended up meeting with Darlene Ledbetter who assisted me in finding my perfect vehicle. Her pleasant, helpful demeanor made the entire process a positive one. Darlene took the time to listen and go over the different vehicles and options to see what I would be most happiest with. I ended up purchasing a fully loaded 2015 Mazda CX5. Darlene sat in the car and explained all the bells and whistles. I am not savvy with electronics, so this was really beneficial to me. The team in place is amazing and I will definitely be a life long customer! More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!! Darlene Ledbetter was hands down the BEST salesperson I have ever worked with. Not once did I ever feel as though I was being pressured into a sale. Darlene Ledbetter was hands down the BEST salesperson I have ever worked with. Not once did I ever feel as though I was being pressured into a sale. She educated me on the 2016 Mazda CX-5 and the new improvements and differences between that and what was my current 2014 Mazda CX-5. I always felt comfortable, at ease, and most importantly, I trusted her and what she was telling me. After the deal went through, she even took me to the vehicle, sat in the car and went through the infotainment system with me. NO other sales person has ever done that. Darlene was quite surprised by this but as she said, knowing your features makes the car more fun to drive. SO TRUE! Thomas Michael is the most personable numbers guy. He really met and exceeded all of my expectations and got the numbers crunched to where I needed them to be. Chris Mankin in Finance was super personable as well and got me in and out in no time! Fastest signing of paperwork EVER. There's a reason why Cardinale Way Mazda at Superstition Springs is at the top of their industry. They are not just car salespeople, they are friendly, personable and CARE about their customers. I will remain a true and loyal Cardinale Way Mazda customer! Thank you!!! :) More

Darlene has done it again! Not only have I beet very happy with how this dealership has treated me, but Darlene has been such a great help to a dear friend of mine as well! The car choice was my wife's and she test drove 11 cars and or models with 6 being at Cardinale Way Mazda. Darlene continued to be in contact over a 7-8 week period, letting use know she was available to assist us in making a good and satisfying decision. The rest of the staff was helpful also. Just do your home work and let her understand what your needs are, what your financial limits are, and the time frame you are working with. Be respectful and she will help you meet your vehicle needs. Cardinale Way Mazda has a great selection of used vehicles and very competitive prices. Oh, Yes! Darlene was fantastic. I was a first time buyer for a car, and I didn't have a co signer at first, and even with that, Darlene did so much for me. She was so helpful as to giving advice, and helping me through the whole process. She was so friendly and so easy to get along with and we connected on so many levels. After I had found a co signer, she was just as thrilled as I was and very genuine about everything she had said. I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent with them and buying the chevy sonic. "Mama" was also a great help in giving me much needed information and she helped me work around a price range and an interest rate to the best of her ability to my understanding. There were irritating moments, but that definitely happens when you're a first time buyer so it was understandable. Overall, my visit was great. Again, Darlene was such a help and she did everything she could to satisfy what I needed in a car. I would definitely recommend going to her to anyone. More

It is my second car I've bought here and both times they ask me my needs and what I wanted in a new car and worked everything out showed me numbers right away which was great. Then after that they were very patient and no pressure at all. Ended up with a beautiful pearl white 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback Grand touring, it was a great deal that no one around could compare to. To everyone reading this, I will recommend this dealer to everyone I know !! Also the service department is great to work with and have been using them for the past 2 yrs for everything my Mazda needed and will continue!! VERY HAPPY!!!! More

Superior customer service I started looking at cars 4 months ago, I had decided I would buy either a Mazda 3, Hyundai Elantra, or a Honda Civic. Reviews of all were good but t I started looking at cars 4 months ago, I had decided I would buy either a Mazda 3, Hyundai Elantra, or a Honda Civic. Reviews of all were good but the Mazda 3 rated the very highest. After going to each dealership and doing my initial investigation I eliminated the Honda from consideration. I had gone to two differant Honda dealerships on 5 differant occations and I couldn't get the salemen to give me the time of day because I wasn't ready to purchase that day. After extensive research and test drives I also eliminated the Hyundai and then focused on the Mazda. I had been to Cardinale Way at the beginning of my search and was treated fantastic by both Darlene (sales) and Thomas (SM). I explained at the time that I was doing my initial test drive and research. They spent over an hour with me going through the options and safety features of the various Mazda 3 models. I didn't buy that day or for 4 more months not because I didn't love the vehicle, I did, but the timing wasn't right. I imagine they thought I was only a "shopper" but through it all they were kind and respectful of my time and concerns. Over the 4 months I visited or was in contact with 5 other Mazda dealerships to make sure I was getting the best deal for me. Each of those other dealerships was eliminated for various reasons. Once the timing was right I went back to Cardinale Way and they greeted me as an old friend. I told them exactly what I wanted, they located it and had it ready. I took a final test drive and then sat down with Wayne to see if we could "make the numbers" work. Wayne, Darlene, and Thomas were very professional and friendly and removed obsticles making me a deal that I just could not pass up. Thank you Cardinale Way for superior customer service. Jim T. More
