Dumitru did not sell but educated me about my car, its features, warranty options. One has to do a lot of homework to be fully informed, and I did not do my homework. Got my GLA250 last Friday. Still do not know why decided to go to the MB dealership in Lynnfield instead of my usual one. We met Craig who helped us make the right choice. I had walked out, in the past , from two dealerships due to the aggressiveness of the vendor, pushing me to purchase what I did not want. It was not the case with Craig. He was extremely professional but friendly. I felt we could trust him. Found what I needed and wanted without feeling pressured to anything.
