Jim Wagstaff and the Sunset Ford staff were great! We had called ahead to set up a test drive. Corey was awesome helped me get in my new Escape in just a few days. I had totaled my last Escape. I went home to get my husband on the day we bought it. When we came back to do paperwork. Dropped the ball on a broken light that the dealership broke. Took a week to get title. Lied to by many of the people there. I also think we paid too much for vehicle.
