From immediate greeting upon entering, to prompt sales assistance that included a test drive, trade-in, and financing - cannot say enough fantastic things about Mr. Jim Wagstaff, Cory Pupillo, Darrell Burton, and the entire team at Sunset Ford, who even went the extra mile to assist in setting up routine vehicle maintenance planning to make sure I keep my new Ford in excellent condition. Great experience overall. I knew what I wanted when going into the dealership. I ended up needing to order the vehicle that checked all the boxes and I wasn't pushed into buyi I knew what I wanted when going into the dealership. I ended up needing to order the vehicle that checked all the boxes and I wasn't pushed into buying a car that I really didn't want or adding stuff onto the one I ordered that I didn't want or need either.
