It was implied during the purchase discussion with the salesperson and the final financing discussions that the "administrative fee" was required for processing paperwork with the State of Missouri. After reading my contract a day or two later, I see this isn't so and it says so in a disclaimer. lesson learned on my part for not reading all the fine print in the interest of moving things along. Also, the lien release on the vehicle I purchased was not included in my paperwork, so I had to make a trip back to the dealership and wait for it to be faxed over. More

The whole dealership has a very laid back, no pressure attitude. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to upsell items I didn’t want. They also gave me a very fair price for my trade in.
