This was my first time buying a car so I was a little nervous I went by myself but Cook was so helpful he let me know that I was not alone that we was gona do this together. My experience was surprisingly the worst car buying experience in my lifetime. Darrell was NOT the problem. I came to the your dealership ONLY BEACUSE of an internet ad we wanted to check out. We had a experience in my lifetime. Darrell was NOT the problem. I came to the your dealership ONLY BEACUSE of an internet ad we wanted to check out. We had a list of used cars we were shopping at Duval Ford and only wanted to borrow 24 grand. I told this to Romeo, one of your sales managers. Of course the advertised car was not available less than 24 hours after my inquiry, Because of the late hour and bad weather we decided on the certified used (which we did not test drive) instead of a new Trak (which we did test drive) because we were told the warranties are much better. I was told that the car had 22,000 miles..actual almost 29000! We were told that the price difference between a new Trak and the CUC we were looking at was because the CUC was an upgraded version of the new Trak we test drove. NOT TRUE. When the monthly was way more than we expected the account manager changed the monthly payment by almost 25 bucks a month, literally with a few clicks. No sales managers approval..which is an absolute first…which leads me to believe there was so much money being made he had plenty of room to do it without approval. I got home and immediately saw that we were borrowing 41 grand. I was in shock. This was my biggest mistake. I should have seen the 41 grand at the dealership and refused the deal right then. When I called the very next day after buying the car, all the quick, fast and immediate responses ended, and when I finally reached someone of relevence, I was told because it was a certified used car and not a new car the deal was final..I couldn’t use the law that gives you time after the sale to change your mind. We signed the papers so the car is ours as you have made it clear, a very bitter pill to swallow. To add injury to insult we now have to pay the repair bill for the very costly 30,000 mile regular service for our new certified used car literally weeks after purchasing the car.Needless to say there will be no referrals from this very unhappy customer. More

The last thing I want to say is when I was 18 I had no money and was working three jobs. After looking everywhere for someone who would finance me . I met Bill Nemnich at a restaurant . (Tom and Betty’s ) I didn’t know anything about him except he worked for a car dealership. So I told him I needed a car. He said come by today when you get off work. So I walked over and although I had hardly anything needed to buy a car used or new. I walked out with a brand new 1978 cutlass supreme. I never forgot that true act of kindness. This will be the last car I purchase due to my age. But I think it’s important to let other people know that nemnich Chevrolet is still a family owned and operated business that you can trust .
