There is nothing I can say that will do justice for how awesome this experience was. To preface, I have purchased 8 new cars from various dealers before this transaction. Even with the chip shortange and l awesome this experience was. To preface, I have purchased 8 new cars from various dealers before this transaction. Even with the chip shortange and lack of inventory Coop went above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. I was unhappy with the delaer selections and reviews in Houston. So I made it a mission to research Subaru dealers across Texas and all the way to California and Virginia. If I am going to spend a small fortune I want to be treated right an appreciated for my purchase. I came across 5 Star in Dallas, looked at their reviews as a top dealer and was sold. This is where I want to make my purchase. Now it came time to see who deserved to make the sale, I didnt need any persuasion, I knew exactly what I wanted. So I looked through the employee profiles and there it was, Darrell Cooper, my brother from another mother (same last name), with similar likes and background. The perfect choice! I ordered the Outback Wilderness, Coop worked his magic and it arrived almost a month ahead of the scheduled delivery date. The delivery experience was bar none the best ever. Coop took me on a tour of the facility, introduced me to the service department team and even discussed cars and boats with Coop and other sales agents. I felt like a member of the 5 Star family. If I lived closer I would seek a position in any capacity with 5 Star. My only regret is my review can not do Coop and 5 Star Subaru any justice. If you purchase from other dealers, good luck! More
