This is one of the best car buying experiences I've had in about 23 years of buying cars. I went in from finding a car I wanted on cars.com and was in and out (with a trade in) in about 2 1/2 hours. That time also includes Darrell giving me a breakdown of everything in the car with the electronics, etc. This is also my first Subaru and I'm very happy with it and how nice and clean the dealership is. I can't remember the Finance guy's name off the top of my head, but he was great, and applied no pressure whatsoever on any of the warranties, etc. Younger guy with a shaved head....cool dude! I would definitely recommend this place and Darrell Cooper if you are looking for a Subaru. They also had the best prices I found around DFW. More

We recently purchased our daughter’s Crosstrek from Five Star. We live in Austin, but made it a point to make the trek up to Five Star of Grapevine. Our Five Star rep, Darrell Cooper (on his day off) made this one of the easiest and efficient purchases I’ve been through. The last place I want to spend my day is at a car dealership! Darrell knew this and in under an hour I was on my way back to Austin in the exact Crosstrek we wanted! We’ve had 3 other Subarus in the past, great cars, but the dealership also makes a huge difference! Darell was a significant factor in making the drive up to Grapevine. Corbin kept the transactional side quick as well. I got to meet Tony (the GM), who kept the intro brief knowing I was in a hurry. Ultimately, Five Star had the inventory with precisely what we wanted and were able to get us taken care of without a hitch. P.S. Darrell, thanks again for having the Five Star team keep the shipping materials on the car. It made for the perfect “gift wrap” when I got it home and handed our daughter the keys! More
