By far the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had! Helpful (vs pushy) and no cheesy gimmicks or pressure around negotiations. Amazing service, good prices, and felt like “white glove treatment”. The engine was overfilled with oil by 1 quart. Paint chips were repaired 1 week later, no charge. Overall fine experience. More

Immediately, when we entered, we were greeted by the receptionist, then one of the smoothest gentlemen ever, Mr. Needham Shotwell, took over. After being offered a beverage, we were escorted to his office. He was as personable as he was professional. His follow-up call & genuine concern for our satisfaction with the information he provided the previous evening was very impressive & helped us to make the decision to purchase our vehicle from the Northside Lexus dealership.
