Very unprofessional staff, mostly the finance department. I have spent a substantial amount of money here but unfortunately will be taking all of my business elsewhere in the future. Herb was absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to Northside Lexus, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience, thanks to Herb Mills! Herb was absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the vehicle’s features, and make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting experience, and Herb made sure it was exactly that. His professionalism, attention to detail, and easygoing personality made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work with a salesperson who makes you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. I highly recommend Herb Mills to anyone considering a Lexus.
