Upon my very first step out of the vehicle, I was greeted by the service manager, Ethan Raymond. Ethan is a sharp, go-getter of a young man. Handsome and charming enough that you shouldn’t leave your wife alone with him, but honest and trustworthy enough that you could. While I’ve never experience an issue with any of the service from this dealership, I know that should something arise, Ethan will handle the situation in a fair and satisfactory manner. Honestly, who ever hired this young man should be given a significant bonus for their foresight and character judgement. The service advisor, Darren Callan, also went above and beyond to make sure I was informed every step of the way, and I felt assured that my vehicle was always in good hands under his watchful eye. A consummate professional. More
