During my initial attempt to schedule this work I was told it couldn't be done on a Saturday because the required personnel didn't work on Saturdays. It's a 100 mile round trip from my home to the dealer told it couldn't be done on a Saturday because the required personnel didn't work on Saturdays. It's a 100 mile round trip from my home to the dealership and back. I was trying to schedule the service for when I had other business in the St. Albans area to minimize travel. Few days later I was contacted by someone in the Service Dept, sorry don't recall the name, to schedule the service. I told her my story and she spoke with someone and told me they could do it on Saturday. I asked how long the service would take and I was told about one hour. An appointment time was available which worked with my other commitment I had in the area so I scheduled it. I arrived 10 minutes early and dropped my truck in the Service Dept. I asked how long it would take and was told that the service would take about an hour. I then told them I'd be in the waiting room. Long story short the truck service took an hour and fifty minutes, which made me very late for my other commitment. Here's my feedback. The staff I interfaced with were pleasant, professional and courteous, and the scheduled service was performed but I shouldn't have to track down the service personnel to find out my service wasn't going to be completed on time. If I'd have know I would have tried to work something else out rather than just be late. More

Service agent was wonderful. There was an issue with grease on my paint but that was corrected with a bath. It just made my exit about 20 mins late. Went in for undercoating. Came out with a popped tire. They replaced the tire. Then they damaged my rim and caked the outside with grease that will not come off. I'm still wai Came out with a popped tire. They replaced the tire. Then they damaged my rim and caked the outside with grease that will not come off. I'm still waiting on a date for my rim to be fixed. Not impressed with handys. Takes 45 min and 25$ in gas to go there and back. This will be my 3rd trip whenever that is. More
