Bought 4 new tires and they did not balanced and installed them right. After 5000 miles and a few months are worn out on the sides and not able to rotate them because with the higher speed start vib installed them right. I was there last week and they said they will send a claim to Nexen and now they informed me that they have a bad news and they cannot do anything!!!! This is so disappointed and I will submit a review as well. More

I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received from Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I purchased my vehicle less than 10 months ago, and the check engine light has already appeared multiple tim from Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I purchased my vehicle less than 10 months ago, and the check engine light has already appeared multiple times. During my previous visit, the dealership had my vehicle for nearly a week and assured me that the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the same problem has returned, indicating that the original repair was not properly completed. What is most disappointing is that the dealership now expects me to pay rental and diagnostic fees to re-evaluate the same issue. I believe it is unreasonable to charge a customer for a problem that was previously addressed but not corrected. This ongoing issue has been significant enough that I’ve been contacted by several lemon law firms regarding my situation, which is very concerning for a vehicle less than a year old. I value accountability and professionalism, and I would expect a dealership representing major automotive brands to stand behind their repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. More
