With the amount of my service I think a personal phone call would have made me more comfortable. I appreciated Darren and David on this visit, they listened and helped me all they could. I’m not a fan of automating all the personal touch options you have to create relationships with your customers. The only way I got to talk to a real person was by choosing sales in the menu because I knew I’d get to talk to a real person, I’m very sure that’s not the way you gain my confidence. There’s probably more I have to share but now’s not the time. I would however talk openly if I were to get a phone call from a real person that cares. More
