I asked for a tire rotation assuming that it would come with a balance, would've been willing to pay for the balancing come to find out it's a separate item, not even offered to me. Service department left oil on the header panel of my 2023 last call scat pack widebody Challenger. Service department left my wheel lock on my front seat in the plastic container that it came in however, I had it in the glove box and that's where they should've put it. This is the third or fourth time I've told your dealership this stop texting me. More

With the amount of my service I think a personal phone call would have made me more comfortable. I appreciated Darren and David on this visit, they listened and helped me all they could. I’m not a fan of automating all the personal touch options you have to create relationships with your customers. The only way I got to talk to a real person was by choosing sales in the menu because I knew I’d get to talk to a real person, I’m very sure that’s not the way you gain my confidence. There’s probably more I have to share but now’s not the time. I would however talk openly if I were to get a phone call from a real person that cares. More
