2019 Silverado Over a year ago I was put in touch with Vin by a great friend of mine, Eric Giordano, son in law of Joe Giacin (customer of NWH). I was told Vin was a straight shooter, would not steer me wrong and if the deal was not favorable, he would let you know. I made an appointment with Vin, brought in my 17 Colorado and to make a long story short, Vin told me there was too much time left on my lease, it would cost too much money to get out of it but to call him when I was closer to my end of lease date. For over the year gap, Vin continued to stay in contact with me. Fast forward to 7/24/19, I made an appointment with Vin and showed up to the dealership approximately 15-20 minutes early. Within that timeframe, while looking at the outside inventory, I had 3 employees come up to me and ask if I needed help. This alone speaks volume of the customer service at NWH. Vin arrived and must of had a premonition to which vehicle I was going to eventually shake his hand to. “Do you like blue? Come check this out!” I couldn’t be happier with the overall service that Vin was able to provide me throughout the process. In addition to my immediate connection with Vin, negotiations with Brian Kirk could not have gone any smoother (must have been a Marine thing, he will understand Semper Fi) ! Darren Schwartz made the paperwork a quick and easy process while discussing some of our favorite “old school” reality shows. I will recommend NWH to anyone and everyone ! Basically satisified. Purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX. Both the salesman Vin and Darren Schwartz the finance were easy to deal with and pleasant. I know this is not a Linco Purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX. Both the salesman Vin and Darren Schwartz the finance were easy to deal with and pleasant. I know this is not a Lincoln dealership, however, if you are selling that brand of car, it is you duty to know the car you are selling, new or used. That did not really happen, though me knowing the vehicle make it OK. We worked through some bumps, so it was not as smooth as it could have been, but in the end everything worked out. Vin kept us informed and did a good job. I would not hesitate to buy from him again. One person that made the entire process was Curtis Morea. He was helpful, pleasant, friendly, and honestly was the #1 reason, obviously after the car itself, we started the deal with Northwest in the first place. Hats off to him as well. Over my 50+ years of buying cars this was not the easiest purchase I have ever made, but it was far from the worst. Northwest is a good dealership. It was a fairly smooth, easy, and 95% pleasant one. Kudo's to everyone at Northwest. More

My salesman was Vin Kjersgaard and he did a great job getting me into the truck I wanted at the price I was looking for. He explained everything about the truck to me both inside and out. Vin went the extra mile to ensure my truck was perfect when I picked it up and it was. I received calls from Vin with updates on the status of my purchase due to the fact I live out of state. If you are looking for a vehicle and live in Connecticut or out of state Vin will definitely take care of all your needs. I also had a great experience with my last truck when it needed service.
