My salesman was Vin Kjersgaard and he did a great job getting me into the truck I wanted at the price I was looking for. He explained everything about the truck to me both inside and out. Vin went the extra mile to ensure my truck was perfect when I picked it up and it was. I received calls from Vin with updates on the status of my purchase due to the fact I live out of state. If you are looking for a vehicle and live in Connecticut or out of state Vin will definitely take care of all your needs. I also had a great experience with my last truck when it needed service. Great Experience ! Right from the start, this dealership was second to none ! I stated with the Internet Sales ( Justin ) and he was outstanding getting back to me with Right from the start, this dealership was second to none ! Easiest Lease End Transaction Ever! The lease on my 2016 Tahoe was coming up, and I was debating a less expensive lease (although my first choice was always another Tahoe). I worked with The lease on my 2016 Tahoe was coming up, and I was debating a less expensive lease (although my first choice was always another Tahoe). I worked with Roger (I believe he is the sales manager), and he and I went back and forth about a Tahoe, possible colors or another vehicle all together. There were many phone calls and emails (as I live an hour from the Northwest Hills dealership where I got my 2016 Tahoe), and Roger gave me a lot of time, info and patience. In the end, I traded in my 2016 for a 2019 Tahoe. I love this car and the ease of working with this dealership! We had to bring our 4 year old with us and Northwest Hills did so much work before we got there, just so we could get in and out as quickly as possible. The man who did the terms and finances was quick and great at his explanations. After that, Sam in sales helped us wrap up the sale and get into the new car. It was so seamless and more efficient than any other dealer I’ve dealt with. I’ll be back in 39 months, at the end of this lease, for my next Tahoe. More
