Bill Reudgen and northwest hills will be my first and only recommendation to anyone I know looking for a car, they do the best they can to get you into the car you love and deserve. More

Made the New Car Buying Process Pleasant Again As a rule, I don't usually like car dealerships or the car buying process in general. However, Northwest Hills is a huge exception to that rule. After having just had a disastrous experience with another local dealership that made me want to never even attempt to buy a new car again, Northwest Hills gave me renewed confidence after my recent purchase of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Everything about the experience and the people was pleasant. Our salesman, Bill Reudgen, was patient and listened and was not at all pushy or demeaning (which was a stark contrast to other dealerships we have encountered). He was knowledgeable of the products and gave very helpful insights. He even came in on his day off to let me go for a test drive. My husband and I also worked with Neil Reising and Darren Schwartz during the process, who were likewise very professional and courteous and helpful. If we had questions, they were answered. And turnaround time was quick and the process was made to be convenient for us as the customer. We appreciated how clean and bright and welcoming the dealership is, how every person we encountered smiled and was friendly and asked if we needed any help and introduced themselves. We appreciated that there was no gamesmanship being played and everything was upfront and "on the level." Northwest Hills has proven to be top notch. More
