I originally went into Mazda just to get my current vehicle serviced and wasn’t expecting anything more. But I received a call from the sales team saying they were confident they could offer me a great vehicle serviced and wasn’t expecting anything more. But I received a call from the sales team saying they were confident they could offer me a great deal—possibly even paying more for my CX-9 than it was worth. I told them I’d only consider it if they could get me into a newer CX-9 for the same monthly payment. Honestly, I didn’t think it was possible. What really stood out to me was Ben’s honesty and straightforward approach. I truly appreciated how upfront he was throughout the process. When the initial pricing didn’t meet my expectations, both Ben and Dave went above and beyond to make it work. In the end, they got me into a newer CX-9, kept my monthly payment the same, and included GAP insurance. To top it all off, they even helped me find better car insurance, saving me about $50 a month! This experience truly felt like I was being taken care of by family. I’m incredibly happy to be a part of the Mazda family now. More

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! In November of 2024, went to service at Mazda of Palm Beach for check engine light regarding "Brake Failure". Aside from the light, my Mazda 3 In November of 2024, went to service at Mazda of Palm Beach for check engine light regarding "Brake Failure". Aside from the light, my Mazda 3 operated completely normal, stopped normal, with no issues. Service Dept and Tech told me I needed a complete break job, and it would cost $1600.00. When I said no way, they told me it was "metal on metal", a safety issue, and I shouldn't even drive the car. They charged me $250 for the diagnostic fee and I took the car home. Next day I pulled the wheels off, and what do you know, pads and rotors were fine with plenty of life left. I called, complained, sent them images of my good brakes, and they apologized, agreed, and said they would refund my diagnostic fee. It never happened, I ended up filing a claim with my credit card company and they did get my money back, what a pain in the butt. So what every happened with my brake light? I went on Youtube, found out it was a minor electrical issue, and fixed it myself in 2 minutes for 50 cents! I will not return, and do not recommend Mazda of Palm Beach! More

This has been the salesperson I have ever dealt with, and believe me I have had a lot of new cars in my long lifetime. And the dealership is beautiful and the the managers and assistants are all the greatest believe me I have had a lot of new cars in my long lifetime. And the dealership is beautiful and the the managers and assistants are all the greatest. But I have to say, Ben is by far the best man I have ever dealt with. He is kind and patient and tells you the truth. I think. Lol. I have other friends about Ben and the dealership, and I am positive they will be seeing Ben in the near future.
