Darren was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was comfortable to work with before the sale, during the sale and after delivery. However, he was not proactive in communication between the tim and was comfortable to work with before the sale, during the sale and after delivery. However, he was not proactive in communication between the time we placed the order and delivery date. He sent us an email after we made the order that he would give us updates on the progress and timing of delivery. He never contacted us with updates and we had to contact him for updates. We had explained that we have some out of town commitments and some indication of status would be helpful, but that never occurred. As to the dealership, everyone was helpful. However, our deposit payment was lost as was our cashiers check when we took delivery. The cashiers check was located by the staff after several days. The parts department was very helpful when we ordered some accessories. Ozzie Cortez has been fantastic in answering our follow-up questions and helping us set things up as we learn the systems. He is courteous, patient and informative. More

Darren was great! The dealer is good/great. They would do a better job at detailing the car before putting up the car for sale. A car wash and a quick interior vacuum The dealer is good/great.
