Absolutely terrible experience. I went through the process of negotiating with the salesperson for a couple days on a used car there. After agreeing on a price and trade in value- I I went through the process of negotiating with the salesperson for a couple days on a used car there. After agreeing on a price and trade in value- I attempted to contact the salesperson numerous times before they got back with me and said they sold it to their partnered Toyota store where the price was marked up 3K from the price we agreed on. How convenient. Just living up to the shady stigma these dealerships get. More

I must also commend the Service Manager, Richard Hudak, who assisted me after the sale. This dealership stands behind their vehicles and the entire staff is dedicated to ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied with the service. Lastly, the BMW Genius, Tyler Ables, was very helpful. Darryl, my salesman, was professional and courteous. They didn’t have the BMW X7 I wanted at that time. However, Darrell made sure that I got the vehicle I wanted and placed an order for me. Additionally, since this was a Christmas gift for my wife, Darrell went out of his way to provide me a BMW keychain and other items from their BMW boutique, to present to my wife at Christmas. After ordered my BMW X7, Darrell kept me up-to-date as to the production and delivery of the product on a weekly basis. Overall, my wife was thrilled with the car. Thiis was an outstanding experience and I look forward to doing business with them again. More
