We placed a custom order for a new John Cooper Works Mini Cooper. Daryel and Ian went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the order was perfect and to keep us informed about the order as the car wa Cooper. They were both extremely knowledgeable and courteous and a real joy to work with. The day we picked up the car, it rained and Daryel went the extra mile by pulling it into a bay and shammying it off. He made sure the paperwork was completed perfectly and that all of our discounts were applied. He followed up afterward to check in. Daryle went out of the call of duty to make this happen for us. He was supposed to be off at 6 and he had to go.to my moms house and get her to sign off on the old car.
