He's a gentle, kind, no-pressure listener who helped my folks get the car they wanted and needed. Not only was he helpful with all parts of the transaction, but he also followed up with multiple phone calls after the sale to see how things were doing. Dealing with Daryl isn't like dealing with a car salesman (though of course he's a pro who knows his business), but rather like dealing with a family member. He really makes what can be a stressful time into an easy and pleasurable experience - for that we all thank and applaud him. Too bad Hondas last so long or we could buy more of them from him! More

I went to North Shore Honda with my daughter, who was intent on leasing an orange Honda Fit. Her first experience at a car dealership was terrific. Daryl, in sales, was kind, thoughtful and not a bit pushy. The whole experience was super pleasant, and my daughter drove away with her new, and very orange, car the same day. I own a 2017 Honda Civic that i got from a different dealership. It was due for an inspection and oil change. Soooo - while I was there, I asked, could this possibly be accomplished? Service rep, Jamal, said absolutely. And my car was serviced that very day. Jamal was great, and I will definitely be returning to North Shore Honda for future service and leases. More

I started shopping for a car a month before I was prepared to buy Overall I had a very positive experience. My sales person Daryl Beattie was great. I started shopping for a car a month before I was prepared to buy so I could take my time and make a good decision. Some dealers won't let you leave the dealership without making a hard sell even if you tell them clearly that you're not ready to buy yet. First the salesperson gives you the hard sell and then before you leave, you have to meet their manager and the manager then makes his hard sell. We've all been though that I'm sure, but I was pleasantly surprised at this dealership. I simply met with Daryl. He gave me a competitive estimate on my lease, which was all I was looking for on my first trip and I was able to leave without the hard sell from Daryl or even being forced to meet the floor manager at all. I liked that a lot and the combination of that and the price was why I returned when I was ready to make a purchase. I took off a star because the dealership charged some fees at the time of contract that weren't disclosed up front. For example, a documentation fee for a few hundred bucks that not every dealer charges. Overall a gem of a dealer and I would highly recommend Daryl as a salesperson. Just make sure you know ALL the fees you are going to be charged before you agree to the deal. More
