I requested and promptly received pricing information. Based on this information I set an appointment. Melissa Sinapi was the sales person who handled my transaction. She immediately took me on a test drive. It was the longest and most thorough test drive I have ever experienced. This was important to me since the car I purchased was a hybrid and I wanted to see how it drove. After the drive we finalized terms. To my pleasant surprise the terms of the transaction were exactly what I had been quoted. There were no typical dealer surprises and no pressure to purchase additional options. Melissa was very pleasant the entire time. This is what makes this dealership stand out. On my previous experiences, the dealers were always pushing to add options or purchase other dealer offerings. Since the car I wanted was not on the lot, the dealer had get the car from another dealer. It took a few days to get the auto. Melissa was on top of the situation. She kept me well informed of the status at all times. The day I picked up the car Melissa spent much time showing me everything I needed to know on the car's electronics. I have picked up cars before where the sales person would spend no more than 5 minutes showing me the car's operations. Melissa spent at least 30 minutes going through every aspect of the auto. She even programmed my phone into the car's blue tooth system. I was very impressed by her attention to detail. Upon leaving the dealership, I was invited to a new owners event. This dealership made me feel important and special. I feel like we are establishing a long term relationship, not a one time purchase transaction. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant to me while I was there. Hasts off to DCH. More

Bobby Pucher was a huge help when it came to showing me my options and ultimately recommending a Camry. I was open to buying a used car in order to get a more comfortable ride for my money and Bobby did the research and brought in a fleet Camry XLE. Bobby spent a lot of time helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. I felt he was very fair on the price and also flexible when it came to negotiating over my trade in vehicle. I didn't feel any pressure from Bobby or the DCH team. They were all extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. A real treat after my last dealership experience! A day after purchasing my pre-owned Camry XLE my GPS wire got stuck in the front console. Bobby and Daryl were terrific - taking care of me and my new car in a way that creates loyalty and trust from their latest happy customer. I had been searching through Internet "For Sale" ads for a few weeks looking for a specific pickup truck. "One last look" through the classifieds before I committed to a deal at another dealership yielded a listing from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. While that particular truck turned out to NOT be one I wanted, a perusal of their web site showed two others that I was very interested in. I initially called and spoke with the GM (Lee Burns). He put me in touch with Daryl Callahan (one of the Sales Managers), who brought Rich Schiro into the process. Rich was very helpful in understanding the options on the vehicle, the availability of additional dealer-installed options, costs, etc... Daryl and Rich were both extremely helpful in helping me put together a deal that worked for me and worked for them. My first visit to the dealership was actually the day I went to pick up my new Tundra, and I was very impressed with the level of cohesiveness with which the dealership operates. Their approach is a little different from how other dealers work, and it's an approach that I like very much. None of the staff applies any sort of "pressure" to you while you're browsing, deciding, or even after the sale. Everyone understands where in the process a deal is, and they can all step in and out of the process at any point without you feeling like there are any gaps. I willingly admit that I was extremely skeptical of the reviews on DealerRater.com because I tried using the site in the past for a completely different dealer and found that the reviews were actually bogus. What I learned after dealing with DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota is that these reviews are legitimate. They have extremely high satisfaction ratings in all areas FOR A REASON. Thank you to Rich, Daryl, Lee, and everyone else that helped me get my new vehicle with a deal that I am very happy with! Side Note: I rated the "Quality of Work" category as N/A because I didn't have "service work" done. The prep of the vehicle for delivery was excellent, and this very well may be the ONLY vehicle I have ever purchased where I don't need to go back to the dealership to have things "adjusted" after delivery. In particular, I want to say that Rolando Dones was exemplary in every way - polite, thorough, patient, responsive, timely and kind. I also interacted with Daryl, his manager, and with Robert Goldberg, your business manager. Daryl and Robert were also very helpful and exemplified high professional standards and excellent people skills throughout the process - as did Rolando, of course. In addition, the service manager was efficient in his assessment of my "vintage" 1990 Toyota Camry - the service department installed the remote starter I ordered within 24 hours. On one of the hottest days of the year last week, Rolando made sure I had plenty of cold water at my disposal and took great care in making sure I was comfortable throughout my "shopping" experience.This was, by far, the most pleasant and professionally well handled experience I have ever had in shopping for and purchasing a vehicle.
