Thanks to Ricardo for his help with replacing my 2018 RX 450 due to an accident. He was patient, knowledgeable, cared for my wife and I during the few hours without transportation. He called to offer help during his days off, checked with collision shop then reported back to me explaining their delay for not reporting to insurance adjuster. The final result was we have purchased a 2019 RX 450h to travel back to Minnesota. When the collision shop completes repairs. I will drive it back to Minnesota then transfer to my daughter and son in law who need to replace a 2010 RX450h. Ricardo was always concerned first of our wellbeing then replacing the vehicle to return to Duluth, Mn.
