Thanks to Ricardo for his help with replacing my 2018 RX 450 due to an accident. He was patient, knowledgeable, cared for my wife and I during the few hours without transportation. The final result was we have purchased a 2019 RX 450h to travel back to Minnesota. When the collision shop completes repairs. I will drive it back to Minnesota then transfer to my daughter and son in law who need to replace a 2010 RX450h. Ricardo was always concerned first of our wellbeing then replacing the vehicle to return to Duluth, Mn.
