I had an excellent experience buying my 2019 Honda Civic Sport with DP. He was very open, clear, concise and any questions I had ,post sale, were answered in a timely fashion. They gave me an internet offer and then reneged. Stated that incentives changed from "Honda", and there was a shortage of cars. The car I had seen 2 weeks prior was still there. I had cash/check in hand and was ready to sign. They let me walk out. Luckily, I went to another DCH the next business day and got the car of my dreams for $100 less! This should not reflect poorly on the internet sales person that initially gave me a great, fair, price!! More
