Hello Stephen - We apologize that you feel that the great experience was ruined. Unfortunately, we cannot apply for tax credits via the Clean Vehicle Tax Credit program because our application is still pending with the IRS as are many other dealers across the country. We applied early this year and are still waiting, as nothing is fast with the IRS. Our team is aware of this and should have communicated this to you before the sale if the question came up, if you were told otherwise please reach out to me to discuss.
