This is the last place one should go to purchase their cars. The staff there will ignore you upon arrival as they cater for others. The manager had to step in and assist; which I’m so thankful about. So I purchased my car on a Saturday, on Sunday as I’m driving in town, my screen shuts off, I reach out to the guy that sold me the car, he said he will get back to me. So I wait. Then the next day, I see a crack on my windshield, and it started expanding maybe due to the weather changes. I was the only one driving this car and I know with no doubt that nothing hit my windshield; I was babying it! So I reach out to the guy again and he says the same thing… I will reach back to you. Being busy n all I understand that. Then one of the salesman calls me after 3 or 4 days later… and this is the most disrespectful manager I have encountered in my life. First of all does not address my concerns and goes straight to lecturing me and telling me what I should do about a crack on the windscreen. I had to kindly redirect him about 2 times on to the reason of the call. See I have worked with people for a long time, respect is always a key aspect. He was already fixated on the outcome of the conversation right from the start. In short the answer was once you left with the car from here; it’s your responsibility and these things happen everyday. I even have proof of this conversation, this conversation was very demeaning and messed the rest of my day. The delivery was horrible and they will not address you concerns, your opinions really matter. More
