The only place I would buy a car. Our family bought its first Toyota from Dave Anderson in 1996 and we continued that with our purchase of a 2020 Prius. He was very knowledgeable, honest and not pushy at all. I walked in interested in the Rav4 Limited and within hours signed on the Highlander because the price was just right. Overall I had a great experience. I will recommend Acton of Toyota to anyone interested in a new car. The fact that many of the employees have worked there for 10-25 years says a lot about the company. Impressive! I LOVE my new car but will also be excited to go back in a few years to trade it in for a another Toyota. More

I chose Acton Toyota and their internet sales team with Tom Downing as the lead, supported by Shawn & Dave. This is a dealership that has made the transition to the new world. They were quick and detailed with quotes by email, follow-up up by text, never pressured me for a moment and in the dealership there was nothing but courtesy. Zero surprises. Bob was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with on our first trip, and did not pressure us one bit, especially since he knew we were just starting our car search. A few days later after seeing some cars elsewhere and doing a lot of online price comparisons, we went back to Bob and settled on a very fair price for the car. Bob seems like a genuinely good, honest guy and was very helpful, patient, communicative, and did not pressure us one bit on any of our visits or in any aspect of the purchase. This is our family's 4th purchase from Acton Toyoya, although the first from the used lot and Bob, and all four overall experiences have been great. We'll surely keep coming back. (The previous three purchases were from Dave Anderson, who was also the first person I spoke to in this process. Since the car was on the used lot he was very helpful in setting me up to work with Bob.) More
