Acton Toyota was one of the better dealerships I have worked with. The people were very nice and down to earth, not like the typical folk you experience at dealerships. The individuals I worked with were great - had a lot of useful information, took time to walk me through things, and seemed to be genuine. I only rate 4 star (and not 5) because there were various conversations that I had that I had to remind the employees about.. Numbers we agreed on, considerations with the trade in, which vehicle I was actually coming in for, etc. Luckily I was on my game so it ultimately wasn't a major problem. It would have been slightly better if I there was some way of these items being documented, or having the employees work with fewer customers but being able to give more attention to each. All around though, I had a good experience with this dealership. More

Excellent dealership, well-organized, professionals at every step. There is one exception. You don't list Evan Martinez among the Sales Department people I worked with, but he was the only one. Once I got into the dealership things went quickly. Was not happy that I had to wait 30 minutes to get into the service garage area. this dealership is on its way out..it was the very best before the pandemic ...I got out of my car when I arrived and walked inn to a nearly empty servixe area...thankfully Neil Scwartz saw me and called m before the pandemic ...I got out of my car when I arrived and walked inn to a nearly empty servixe area...thankfully Neil Scwartz saw me and called me over --(Neil is the best service man in the business..they used to send us upstairs for breakfast or lunch but it appears the new owners don't know what they are doing...I was there for 3 hours and couldn't even find a bottle of water...the new owners are a bunch of cheap xxxxxxxx...they had better turn things around fast...the Gereral Manager is also the very best in the business and a real gentleman (Glen Hoffman)...
