They were very honest and left us with a great feeling when we left the dealership. Most of our experiences have ended with us feeling as if someone got over on us (even if there was just a little bit of that feeling) but in no way did we feel like that at Videon. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who asks and we will be back! More

Sales Manager Anthony McGeehan was very helpful in finding me the Jeep I was looking for with none of that sales pressure you get when visiting most dealerships. I got the Jeep with the features I was looking for and for a great price. The sales team was very upfront about everything, answered all my questions and made it easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for Chrysler Dodge Jeep vehicles! More

missing key Bought a new truck in April 2014 only came with one key was promised would come in and they would program it and they would call me when it came in. Three weeks later I called them and the key not come in. I forgot to hound them to do there job. then on 4/2/15 I still have no spare key and local garage locked my truck with the key in it. Finally got into the truck and call Videon today and they want me to make an appointment for the key they owe me and the first time they have available is in two weeks. I will pay for the spare key and my next truck will not be bought from this dealer. Called another Dodge dealer and will have the key today including programing Up date 4/8/15 John Taylor called me a half hour after typing this and he got me the owed key and took care of everything that same day. John was a great help but it should not have gotten this far. Because of Johns help I may consider this dealership for my next truck More

Excellent experience! We first became customers back in 2000 when we bought a Dodge Durango which lasted us 14 years. We were back in 2012 to lease a Jeep Cherokee and we dealt with Dave Beatty who was extremely professional and we never felt any pressure. We were back last week to swap our lease for a new 2015 Jeep. Both Dave and Allison in finance were great and got us in the new car that very day. We have also dealt with the Auto body department when we were rear- ended and they took care of our repairs extremely fast. They are a great dealership with a fantastic product!!! More

We were loyal toyota buyers until we decided to stop in and check out the Jeeps at Videon! We traded in a toyota and left with a brand new Grand Jeep Cherokee! We are thinking about trading in the other toyota and getting a smaller Jeep for my wife. Mudge is a massive dog who hangs out at the dealership. Mudge is surely a representative of the dealership; easy going, very friendly, and no pressure! Check out the Henry and Mudge book series as my grandchildren just love the books! Went to look at Jeeps, bought a Jeep and made a friend with Mudge! Our experience at Videon was wonderful! Will not go anywhere else ever! More

They have a beautiful huge showroom and one of the nicest receptionists in the business. I bought my first Jeep from there last December and have since came back and bought another one, this time a Cherokee ! I have dealt with Dave Beatty on both of my purchases. He is one of the most honest and upfront salesman I have ever met and I have purchased over 20 vehicles being that I am in my mid 50's. I have referred many people to Dave and he treats them all like they are the same person. Service is great as well ! Videon will continue to get my business for all of my needs. Go buy a car from Videon and see my guy :) you will not be dissapointed ! More
