Prior to the oil change (my car has 42k miles) The representative told me about the 45k service and what it Included which would be my best service. In that service he said the cabin filter would be changed. Then he comes to me in the waiting room and shows me the cabin filler for $70 when it will be included in the next service visit. Then as I pay and walk to my car I ask if my car was washed and he says “yes” but it clearly wasn’t. He did have it washed. But these left me not trusting this service department and considering going somewhere else. More
